Refund Policy

1. Try before you pay
MailDog has a free plan with 200 MB of storage and no credit card required, so you can evaluate the full service before paying. We encourage you to test everything you need on the free plan first.
2. 14-day refund on first purchase
If the Service does not work as described, or you are unhappy with your first purchase, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of that payment — no questions asked.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time before a renewal takes effect. If you forgot to cancel and have not meaningfully used the Service since the renewal date, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will consider a goodwill refund.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel from your billing page at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; your paid plan and storage remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the free plan. Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund of the current period.
5. Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades between paid plans are prorated automatically at checkout — you are only charged (or credited) the difference for the remainder of the billing period, so no separate refund is needed.
6. How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
7. How to request a refund
Send us a message through the contact page from the email address on your account, mentioning the date of the charge. We reply to every request.
